New Programmes

As part of activities to reposition Development and Leadership Institute (DLI) as a key player in the development sector, the organization has been reorganized to include new key areas; i) Capacity Building for Decentralized Development (CBDD) headed by an Associate Director. The CBDD will carry out amongst others; the Capacity Building and Development of NGOs, CBOs, and other organizations involved in development work. ii) Research and Consulting; charged with the responsibility of developing tools for project M & E, research into new development areas and oversee the conduct of Social Impact Assessments (SIA) for development initiatives. iii) Enterprise Development Sustainable Livelihood department. This department will implement programmes aimed at job, creation, employment generation and sustainable livelihood. Besides the department also organize special programmes aimed at widening awareness on poverty eradication through microfinance and enterprise development.
